Stir-Fried Eggs with Sha Ren
Method: 5g of powdered sandalwood seed, 3 eggs, salt, and oil as needed. Beat the eggs to make egg flowers, mix in Sha Ren powder and salt, then stir-fry in a pan until cooked.

Sha Ren and Crucian Carp Soup
Method: 1 crucian carp, 10g of sandalwood seed, 3 slices of ginger. Clean the crucian carp and pan-fry until both sides are golden. Crush the Sha Ren.In a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water and ginger slices, bring to a boil, then add the pan-fried crucian carp.
