Hello friends. It has come to my attention that you are not the only one facing this issue; other clients have encountered similar problems. Allow me to guide you through the process of recovering your password:

1.Click on the login/registration icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

2.You will be directed to the following page.

3.Proceed to click on "Forgot Password."The page shown below will appear.

4.Input the email address you used for registration and click "Send Code."A verification code will be sent to your email.

5.Locate the password recovery email from our system in your inbox and click on "Click to reset password."

6.Finally, reset your password (be sure to keep a record of the new password), and you can then log in anew.
